Drilling Speed & Efficiency
Powered by a Yuchai diesel engine (85 kW @ 2600 rpm) and an advanced hydraulic system operating at 22 MPa, the JCS500 achieves high penetration rates. The hydraulic hammer operates at 350–800 bpm with a flow rate of 50–110 L/min, ensuring consistent performance in various soil types. Sequential drilling with minimal repositioning maximizes productivity.
Hydraulic Power & Torque
Provides sufficient torque for drill rods of 75, 85, and 100 mm diameters. Ideal for soft soil, clay, sand, and compacted ground — enabling stable and accurate pile placement.
Operator Control & Ergonomics
Ergonomically designed control panel with full gear range allows precise management of drilling and feed functions. Reduces operational complexity — suitable for operators of all experience levels.
Terrain Adaptability
