Truck-mounted water well drilling rigs are efficient, multi-functional full hydraulic equipment, mainly applied for water well construction in agriculture, industry, national defense projects, building foundation works, geological exploration and geothermal well development, as well as other foundation engineering tasks. This series of rigs enjoys great popularity both domestically and overseas.

The 300m truck-mounted water well drilling rig is divided into two configurations: with integrated air compressor and without integrated air compressor, respectively named CSD300A and CSD300.

      

Detailed Characteristics and Technology of CSD300A and CSD300

Both CSD300A and CSD300 support two drilling processes: mud rotary drilling for soft strata and DTH air percussion drilling for hard rock, reaching a maximum drilling depth of 300m with bore diameters ranging from 140mm to 480mm. They match drill pipes of 76mm, 89mm and 102mm in diameter, with standard lengths of 3m and 4.5m; the CSD300A additionally supports 6m long drill rods.

Multiple engine brands are optional, including Yuchai, Yunnei and Cummins. Various truck chassis brands are also customizable, such as SINOTRUK HOWO, Dongfeng, Shaanxi Automobile, Foton and FAW. The matching of air compressors depends on customers’ actual local geological conditions and project budgets. Air compressors are generally recommended for hard rock formations.

     

Shipping of CSD300
