How to Inspect Your Machine at the Factory？

First of all, priority should be given to selecting a reliable supplier. Evaluate factory scale and production capacity. A formal and powerful manufacturer lays a solid foundation for product quality assurance. After confirming a qualified supplier, you can start checking key technical parameters of the drilling rig.

1. Machine Appearance

Inspect the overall appearance of the drilling rig. Check for uniform paint spraying, no surface damage, rust, scratches or oil stains. Examine welding joints: free of welding slag, impurities, obvious rust and cracks. Confirm all components are completely and neatly installed with correct specifications.

2. Functional Operation Test

Verify normal startup and running status of the whole rig. Check tight connections of all hydraulic circuits without oil leakage; confirm operating temperature stays within normal range. Test hydraulic wrench, feed system and rotary head for smooth operation and abnormal noise. Check travelling, reverse and steering functions; ensure brakes hold firmly without slipping and driving wheels run without pause or swing.
