The CSD300A is a dual-purpose (water and air) fully hydraulic truck-mounted water well drilling rig with a maximum drilling depth of 300 meters. It is compatible with both mud drilling and down-the-hole hammer air drilling techniques, capable of handling complex geological conditions in Africa, including soil, sand, and hard rock. It is suitable for various construction scenarios such as domestic drinking water wells, agricultural irrigation wells, and shallow geothermal wells.

The complete order includes a fully equipped main unit mounted on a Dongfeng 320HP 6×4 truck chassis, equipped with a 92kW Cummins drilling engine. It also integrates a JAC29/25C onboard screw air compressor (29m³/min, 25bar) and a BW450 mud pump. The air compressor and mud pump are all integrated on a plate, making equipment relocation efficient and convenient, eliminating the need for additional trailers to transport large auxiliary equipment.

In addition to the main system, the order includes a complete set of mud , air drilling consumables, and easily worn materials, fully addressing the pain point of inconvenient parts supply at overseas construction sites. It provides a full range of commonly used consumables to ensure the equipment can be quickly put into operation upon arrival. The order also includes safety helmets, work clothes, and other on-site protective equipment, and the complete spare parts inventory reduces the customer's later procurement burden.

JCDRILL provides on-site installation, operation, and maintenance training services for each project, and also supports various technical delivery models such as factory training and online remote learning, comprehensively ensuring the overseas customer's equipment usage and maintenance capabilities.
West Africa has a strong demand for water resource development, and the market potential for water well drilling equipment is significant. The commissioning of this batch of CSD300A complete sets of equipment will effectively improve the efficiency of local drilling operations. Currently, all processes in the workshop are progressing smoothly, with strict control over production processes and component quality to ensure on-time delivery. The company will continue to follow up on the equipment completion and shipment milestones.
