JC710 Versatile Diesel/electric All-Terrain Drilling System DTH Drilling Rig for Challenging Job Sites

JC710 supports drilling depths up to 30 m with a hole diameter range of φ90–152 mm, ideal for shallow hard-rock penetration. The system employs a φ64 mm × 3000 mm drill rod and accommodates both 3" and 4" DTH hammers, enabling flexible configuration for different geological conditions.

The rotation system delivers a maximum torque of 2400 N·m and adjustable speeds up to 150 rpm, ensuring stable rotation across various strata. The feed mechanism is powered by a robust hydraulic oil cylinder, with a 3340 mm stroke and 900 mm extension, producing up to 15 kN of feed force and 25 kN of lifting capacity—allowing the rig to maintain control in fractured rock and gravel formations.

Equipped with a Yuchai YCD4T22T‑105A diesel engine rated at 78 kW, JC710 ensures reliable output while maintaining fuel efficiency with its 70 L tank. The rig operates effectively with air compressors delivering 9–15 m³/min at 0.8–1.6 MPa, making it compatible with common low‑to‑medium pressure air systems.
